The Last Rides of the Season

Kent on his bike

I don’t know how you deal with all the overindulgence in food during the Thanksgiving weekend or what you do about the new, alarming weight that the bathroom scale insists you’ve put on. Me, I bike.

The temperature in the Twin Cities hit the mid-50s over the weekend, and I took what will probably be my last bike rides of the season. Snow is predicted this week, along with plunging temps. So I made the best of the time left to me. It was glorious.

Now looking toward a busy holiday season, culminating in the New Year. 2022 has been pretty good, I have to admit, and I’m hoping the next will be even better for us all. Best wishes to everyone!

  1. Fun finish to your biking season. Love your posts. We hung up our bikes in Green Bay in early November – too soon.
